cruh21 identified and assessed the key risks in the run-up to the tendering of sites in the German North Sea in 2024. Two detailed analyses of the non-central and central pre-investigation sites were prepared with regard to realisation risks and restrictions in planning and operation.

Evaluation of the identified legal and economic risks in relation to planning approval, the farm layout and operation

Presentation of the legal framework (WindSeeG)

Interpretation of the criteria according to WindSeeG
