Creation of a customer landscape of the Hytrade product/tool, including marketing strategy, USPs and target customers. Customers were categorised into clusters, reviewed and transferred into final clusters. Creation of a shortlist of potential customers using an internal address book, databases and market surveys. Development of a basic communication and marketing strategy for the customer product. Presentation and summarisation of the strategy in a customer-specific template. Clustering and review of partners based on the marketing strategy and finalisation of a shortlist.
