2023 Wind Offshore Tender Guidance

As a newcomer to the German offshore wind market, the client sought a concise overview of the legal and regulatory framework to gain an understanding of the regime. The objective of the report was to enable the client to evaluate the possible risks – in particular legal and environmental – as part of the decision-making processes around the participation in the 2023 tendering events. In cooperation with a main contractor cruh21 supplied the  substantialwork packages “Environmental Permitting and Consents” and “Stakeholder Mapping and Engagement Plan”.
