Kick-Off Meeting for TransHyDE 2.0

Yesterday was one of those days when ideas take shape and turn into structure. Together with the newly founded TransHyDE2.0 e.V., we laid the foundation for the future office during our kick-off meeting – strategic, forward-looking, and crafted with great attention to detail.

We engaged in intense discussions, shaped concepts, set priorities, and defined roles. It wasn’t a routine exercise, but a creative and thoughtful process, built on trust and a shared sense of purpose. It’s truly inspiring to see how a common goal emerges when people come together with openness and a willingness to take responsibility.

At cruh21, this is exactly what we do: we create structures that make collaboration possible. We build networks, keep them moving, and ensure they have real impact. And we know that only works with people who are truly engaged – and with partners who are willing to lead, evolve, and grow together over the years.

So this is also a moment to say thank you – to Hauke Hinners, Dorothea Müschenborn, and Fenja Bleich – for years of trusted collaboration, strategic depth, and clear vision. What connects us is more than a project – it’s the shared commitment to making real change happen.

We’re excited for what lies ahead – and for many more strong partnerships in the world of hydrogen and clean energy.
