Event: Two-day Workshop for Team cruh21 - "Part of Drees & Sommer"
On 7 and 8 December, we came to Hamburg as cruh21 and held our team day. Due to the rail strike and Covid infections, we had a hybrid discussion about the past year, looked to the future and spent time with our new colleagues from Drees & Sommer. These were our takeaways from those two great days.
The Programme: 2023 at cruh21
Thursday started with a review of 2023 - and it was packed with highlights. We successfully completed our HyExpert Rügen-Stralsund project with great feedback. The MOHN project - Masterplan Offshore Hydrogen North Sea - also made immense progress this year, which was also discussed this week in a joint webinar with the lead stakeholders. The TransHyDE lead project has taken off and we were able to look back on some great developments together at the joint meeting in Leipzip last week. Our team has not only grown to meet the challenges, but has also expanded to include some great employees.
Working Together for the Energy Transition as "Part of Drees & Sommer"
In the evening, the cruh met up with other colleagues from Drees & Sommer for a barbecue. It was nice to be a part of Drees & Sommer beyond the daily work routine. Due to our flexible working model, many cruh21 employees are spread all over Germany. That's why for some it was the first Drees & Sommer meeting that could take place in person. The reunion went extremely well and we are very much looking forward to starting 2024 together.
The cruh21 in 2024: an outlook
On Friday, the cruh in 2024 was on the agenda. After a year full of innovations, the focus is now on how we can continue to incorporate them into our everyday lives. We worked in various groups to work out what we would like to see in 2024. There was also a big brainstorming session, led by Team Communication, on the question: "How can everyone be an ambassador for cruh21?". We are thrilled with the many ideas that came from the entire team and are very much looking forward to starting there in 2024.
