cruh21 is a guest at Hannover Messe 2023
Hannover Messe is an industrial trade fair with international significance. From April 17 to 21, 2023, around 500 companies, among others, will present their solutions for our theme: the production, transport, storage and consumption of hydrogen. By 2030, the EU Commission wants to install electrolysers with a capacity of at least 40 gigawatts in a phased approach and produce 10 million tons of green hydrogen. A total of around 4,000 companies from the mechanical engineering, electrical and digital industries and the energy sector will be present at HANNOVER MESSE, giving solutions for the production and energy supply of the future.
The German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection wants to support large companies with climate protection contracts worth billions to convert to climate-friendly production. In addition, renewable energies are being expanded and power plant parks modernized. New power plants must be hydrogen-ready and thus planned from the outset.
Hydrogen is just one of five major themes at HANNOVER MESSE. Other overarching themes include CO2-neutral production, artificial intelligence, energy management and Industry 4.0. This year's keynote theme is "Industrial Transformation - Making the Difference."
The German Federal Minister of Economics and Technology, Dr. Robert Habeck, will come to Hannover on the second day of the trade fair to discuss the path to climate-friendly production with industry. Cruh21 will be there on all days, taking advantage of the opportunity for new and innovative expertise, exchange among experts and networking at various forums, booths and appointments.
