cruh21 expands the team with three new colleagues

Welcome Day at cruh21 – and an important milestone for us!

With three new colleagues joining, our team continues to grow – and with it, our ability to shape complex energy transformation projects. Our managing directors, Jimmie Langham and Dr. Ursula Prall, personally took the time today to welcome them.

Florian Nesselhauf will support Meryem Maghrebi on permitting, regulation, and project coordination – exactly where the energy transformation becomes tangible by connecting interfaces, structuring processes, and creating clarity.

Nathalie Birchner brings fresh energy to our Communications & Administration team. With her, we strengthen areas that often shape project success just as much as the technical work itself.

Konrad Amelung joins Dr. Ursula Prall’s team, focusing on permitting management and the critical intersection between politics and industry.

For us, these three colleagues are not just additions – they are key players who bring fresh perspectives, new impulses, and help carry the bigger picture forward.
