Commercial due diligence
The electrolyzer manufacturer applied for a loan of € 120 million with Nord LB. Nord LB then commissioned cruh21 to carry out a commercial due diligence. The aim of the due diligence was to provide Nord LB with an overall view of the company's commercial situation, based on its positioning in its market(s) and its likely development in the coming years. The political framework conditions as well as possible public subsidies were also considered.
